AllureBnB was founded by Steve and Jenny Morrison on the Gold Coast, combining professional real estate expertise with over a decade of hands-on experience managing their own short-stay properties.
For more than 10 years, Steve and Jenny have successfully operated their own Airbnb properties, giving them first-hand insight into what it takes to run high-performing short-stay accommodation. From pricing strategy and guest communication to presentation standards and property care, they understand the operational realities that many property owners face.
This experience led them to establish AllureBnB - a premium short-stay management service based on the Gold Coast, designed to help property owners achieve the full potential of their property without the time, stress, and day-to-day workload of self-managing.

Having personally managed short-stay properties for over a decade, Steve understands that successful Airbnb hosting requires far more than simply listing a property online. It requires dynamic pricing, professional management, strong guest communication, and ongoing attention to presentation and maintenance.
Steve oversees the strategic direction of AllureBnB, including property performance, pricing strategy, and owner relationships, ensuring every property under management performs at its highest potential.
Jenny Morrison

Jenny plays a key role in shaping the guest experience and presentation standards that define the AllureBnB brand.
With a strong focus on detail and property presentation, Jenny ensures each home is styled, prepared, and maintained to attract quality guests and consistently achieve five-star reviews. Her hands-on involvement helps create spaces that are not only comfortable for guests but also presented to a level that reflects the quality of the property itself.
